APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION POLICY

An inspection appointment is secured only after receipt of a $100 reservation deposit.
Inspections will not be scheduled without payment.

The $100 deposit is required to initiate scheduling. To receive the payment link, the intake form below must be completed in full.

The reservation deposit:

• Secures your inspection date and time
• Applies toward the total service balance if the unit passes
• Converts to a Lead Hazard Report fee if hazards are identified

The deposit is non-refundable for units that fail the visual inspection or are not inspection-ready. Property management companies should factor this into scheduling decisions.

Completion of the intake form below is mandatory prior to scheduling.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will delay appointment confirmation.
